Privacy policy

In short: this website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking, loads no external fonts, videos or scripts, and has no contact form. Personal data only occurs in the web server logs that are technically necessary.

1. Controller

Peter Behninger, Dürrwanger Str. 5, 91550 Dinkelsbühl, Germany
Email: peter.behninger(at)outlook.de

There is no obligation to appoint a data protection officer.

2. Hosting and server logs

The website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, on servers in Finland (Helsinki), in the EU. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the host.

When you open a page, your browser sends data to the server that is briefly logged: IP address (shortened before it is stored, so it cannot be linked to a person), date and time, page requested, amount of data transferred, status code, referrer, and browser and operating system.

The logs are not analysed for statistics or advertising and are not combined with other data.

3. No cookies, no analytics, no external services

4. Storage in your browser (notice and light/dark mode)

If you close the notice at the top with "Got it", the page remembers this in local storage (entry "notice") so it does not appear again. If you use the light/dark switch, the page stores your choice ("light" or "dark") in your browser's local storage. The value stays on your device and is not sent to the server. This storage is strictly necessary for a function you explicitly requested (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG). You can delete it at any time in your browser settings.

5. Contact by email

If you email us, we process your address and message to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; for pre-contractual requests Art. 6(1)(b)). We delete the message once it has been dealt with, unless we are required to keep it.

The pages link to sources and vendors. You only leave this website when you click such a link; the operator of the other site is responsible for processing there.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). Contact us at the email address above.

You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
